Steel sheet wok, perfect for natural and healthy cooking that requires little fat.
Perfectly hemispherical, designed for recessed induction hobs specifically for woks.
Can be used on a standard induction hob with the wok support (ref. 3122.00).
White steel sheet utensil: non-deformable; uniform heat distribution; excellent caramelization of food juices; very good cooking results.
Natural non-stick properties: progressive seasoning of the wok.

Tip: preheat with a little fat. Season before first use.
